About Us

The creation of this site is made possible by the Change Network, ND.

Change Network is an initiative of and funded by the Bush Foundation. It is executed through the collaboration of Gail Crider, National Arts Strategies; Janice Downing, CommonSense Consulting@Work; Deryn Dudley, Community Science; Jocelyn Hale, MillerHale Associates; Charles “Boots” Kennedye, videographer; Megan Laudenschlager, Strengthen ND; Rosemarie Ndupuechi, 3E Productions; and Kari O’Neill, SDSU Extension.

Change Network provides North Dakotans, South Dakotans, and the region’s 12 Native Nations with a supportive learning environment to lead more equitable and inclusive change within their organizations and communities. The year-long program assists participants in building their cultural agility, self-awareness, leadership abilities and systems-change skillsets through one-on-one work with mentors, group discussions in online learning sessions and several in-person convenings.

Participation in Change Network is generously funded by the Bush Foundation and includes access to a $5,000 project grant to implement at your organization.
